U2 in Poland!

On Thursday, August 6, 2009 U2 will give a concert in Poland. It will take place at Slaski Stadium in Chorzow.

The World Tour of U2, promoting their new album "No Line on the Horizon", will start on June 30, 2009 in Barcelona. Most of their concerts will be performed on the biggest Stadiums in the World. This new concert involved cutting-edge technologies for every musician on the team; especially as regards production, foot-lights and stage. The price for the ticket will be published during the next few days. In Poland, as in all Europe, ticket selling will start in the middle of March. You can buy tickets on-line at the end of this week at livenation.pl, eventim.pl and ticketpro.pl

The concerts of U2 will play only in big Stadiums. The group U2 will be in the center and around audience. Big screens will help to watch U2 and Bono in every part of the stadium; even the last row. “We will do something never done before” – said The Edge, guitar-player of U2 – “We will show something that nobody has seen before. It is exciting to say something like that.”

On March 2, 2009, U2 presented their newest long playing record named „No Line On The Horizon”. The Group announced that their next long playing record will be released at the end of 2009 named „Songs Of Ascent”.

You can watch U2 and Bono at Fordham University on March 6, 2009 on Good Morning America.
